Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RiderGo — including the RiderGo mobile application, the RiderGo Fleet & Rider Management web portal, and related websites and services (together, the "Service") — operated by S3 Global Trading Co. W.L.L ("S3 Global", "RiderGo", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
RiderGo has two main parts, which share a common account system:
- The RiderGo app — a mobile application used by individual motorcycle riders to manage their own bike(s), service reminders and documents, and to order motorcycle tyres, parts, accessories and gadgets from S3 Global. Business customers may also use the app to manage their fleet on a mobile device.
- The RiderGo Fleet & Rider Management portal — a web portal used by businesses (such as delivery fleets, rental and leasing companies, workshops, garages and manpower agencies) to manage bikes, riders and workers and their documents, stock and inventory, rentals and rent collection records, parts orders and invoices, and business reports.
Some features are available only to certain account types or subscription plans, and we may add, change, or remove products and features at any time.
2. Definitions
- "Individual user" — a person who uses the RiderGo app for their own personal use.
- "Business customer" — a company or organisation that registers for a business account to manage its fleet, riders and operations.
- "Business user" — a person a Business customer authorises to access its account (for example an owner, manager, accountant or workshop staff member).
- "Rider" or "worker" — a person whose details a Business customer records in the Service (for example a rider to whom the business assigns or rents a bike). A Rider is not necessarily a user of the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Business accounts must be created by a person authorised to act for the business. The Service is not intended for, and must not be used to record data about, anyone under 18.
4. Accounts
To use most features you must create an account with accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Sign-in may use one-time codes sent to your email or phone. Notify us promptly at info@s3global.net if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Business accounts and users
A Business customer is responsible for its account and for every Business user it authorises, including the roles and permissions it grants them and everything they do in the account. The Business customer must ensure its Business users comply with these Terms, and must promptly remove access for anyone who should no longer have it. Registrations may require approval by S3 Global before an account becomes active.
5. Riders' and third parties' personal data (Business customers)
The Service lets a Business customer record and manage information about its Riders and workers, which may include names, identification (such as CPR), nationality, contact details, documents (such as visa, work permit and driving licence), photographs, bike assignments, and rental and payment records. This is a core purpose of the fleet and rider management tools.
Important — you are responsible for the data you enter. If you are a Business customer, you are the party responsible (the "data controller") for the personal data of your Riders, workers and other individuals that you put into the Service. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and use that data, that you have given those individuals any notices and obtained any consents required by law, and that your use of the Service complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018) and other applicable laws. We process that data on your behalf and on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from data you enter in breach of this section.
6. Rentals and rent collection
The Service includes tools that help a Business customer record its rental arrangements with its Riders — for example rental terms, deposits, rent that becomes due, payments received, receipts and reminders.
RiderGo is a record-keeping tool, not a payment service. We do not process, collect, hold, transfer or handle any rent, deposit or other money between a Business customer and its Riders. Rent is paid outside the Service (for example in cash or by bank transfer), and the Service simply records what the Business customer tells us has been charged and received. We are not a party to any rental agreement between a Business customer and a Rider, and we are not responsible for those arrangements, for the accuracy of what is recorded, for collecting amounts owed, for deposits, late fees, disputes, or for compliance with any laws that apply to renting or leasing vehicles. Each Business customer is solely responsible for its own rental terms, pricing, tax treatment, and dealings with its Riders.
7. Ordering products from S3 Global
Where the Service lets you order motorcycle tyres, parts, accessories or gadgets from S3 Global:
- Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Where value added tax (VAT) applies, it is shown or indicated on your invoice.
- Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided for your convenience and may change without notice.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse).
- We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing. If a clear pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour it and will inform you before proceeding.
8. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for products ordered from S3 Global is due on delivery, and we currently accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer. For Business customers, we may agree separate account, credit or invoicing terms; where we do, invoiced amounts are payable by their due dates. We may introduce online or in-app payment methods in future, which will be subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider and any additional terms we publish. Certain subscription plans or premium features may carry fees, which will be as agreed with you; where fees apply, they are payable in accordance with the plan or agreement, and access to paid features may be limited or withdrawn if fees are not paid.
9. Delivery and handover
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframes indicated, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please check your items on delivery and report any issues to us within 24 hours. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or handover. For certain orders, our staff may record a vehicle odometer reading at handover for service and warranty purposes; providing this is optional and does not affect your order.
10. Returns and exchanges
Unused, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are accompanied by the invoice. We do not accept returns of used or soiled items. Where a return is accepted, we will arrange a refund or exchange. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are warranted against manufacturing defects only. The warranty period is six (6) months from the date of purchase or up to 12,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, punctures, road hazards, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect. Warranty claims may require return of the product together with proof of purchase. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Fitment and suitability
If products are fitted or installed by a third party, responsibility for correct fitment rests with you and/or your installer. We may offer general guidance on suitable tyre sizes, but the final choice of tyre and size is your responsibility. Please make sure the products you order are correct and suitable for the motorcycle before fitting or use.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; enter data you are not entitled to enter; place fraudulent orders; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or its systems; reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it. Each account and its data are separated from other accounts, and you must only access data belonging to your own account.
14. Data protection and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms. For personal data that a Business customer enters about its Riders, workers and other individuals, the Business customer is the controller and S3 Global acts as a processor on the Business customer's behalf and on its instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual property
The Service, including the RiderGo app and portal, and their content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to S3 Global and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not use our branding without our prior written consent. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
16. Third-party services
The Service relies on trusted third parties, such as cloud hosting and database infrastructure, content delivery, and email delivery providers. Those services are provided under the third parties' own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our own obligations to you.
17. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons, and we may modify features over time.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information recorded in the Service (including fleet, rider, document, stock, rental or payment records) is accurate or complete, as much of it is entered by users. You are responsible for verifying your own records. This section does not exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S3 Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any rental, employment, or other arrangement between a Business customer and its Riders. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or, for the Service generally, the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) BHD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S3 Global and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the data you enter into the Service — including any claim by a Rider, worker, employee, or authority relating to data you recorded or arrangements you managed using the Service.
21. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
